See Parking Map - We have added additional docks this year, along with new parking areas to help ensure space is available for everyone.
If you are assigned to the motel docks or one of the White Sands docks (yellow on the map), you will receive a parking permit from us. This permit must be displayed when parking in one of the yellow parking zones shown on the map. Please limit parking in these areas to one vehicle per slip.
If you have additional vehicles, please use the overflow parking areas. You are welcome to drive down to drop off passengers or items before parking.
For all other docks, you may use the main parking lot or overflow parking areas.

Launch Scheduling for Non-Service Customers
If you are not a storage customer or a current service customer and will not be having your unit summerized by us, you will need to schedule a launch appointment using our online scheduler.We will not be allowing self launches from our dock this season. You are welcome to self launch from a public access location if preferred.

On weekends and holidays, shuttle service will be available to transport customers from the parking lot to the docks. A golf cart will run during peak hours. During those times, you may also text to request pickup. Hours may vary, but service will be available during peak weekend times.
If you plan to stay past 5:00 PM and would like to move your vehicle closer, you may request a shuttle ride back to your vehicle before shuttle service ends at 5:00 PM. By that time, space in the main lots is typically available, allowing you to move your vehicle closer for easier access.
