THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DOCK
Different roles. One marina team.
Sales, service, rentals, operations, and a few four-legged helpers—all working together to keep customers moving and make time on Lake Wallenpaupack easier.
Meet the crew that keeps The Boat Shop running.
HOW WE WORK
Knowledge in the shop. Help at the dock. Support behind the scenes.
The Boat Shop works because people with different strengths show up for the same goal. Some solve mechanical problems, some organize the details, some help customers choose the right boat, and some make sure a rental day starts smoothly.

His influence remains part of the culture, the standards, and the way the team approaches customers and the work.
Roy Finney Jr.
Roy grew up in the marina world and learned the business from his father. Today he leads The Boat Shop with a focus on honest guidance, customer service, and long-term relationships.
