Payments must be made using approved methods listed on invoices or forms. Storage and winterization follow our posted payment structure. Boat sales, service work, and rentals require payment in full before pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing. Late or declined payments may delay work or release of a boat.3. Scheduling and Appointments
Service, storage dropoffs, and winterization require scheduling. Times may shift based on weather or workload. We do our best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee exact timing.4. Storage Terms
Storage rates are based on boat size, type, and storage location. Minimum storage terms apply. Customers are responsible for removing personal items before storage. The Boat Shop is not responsible for loss of removable personal belongings left inside boats.5. Service Work
When you authorize service work, you agree to the estimated labor and parts costs. Estimates are not final and may change if we uncover additional issues. We will contact you if major changes are needed.6. Rental Terms
Renters must follow all safety rules, state laws, and marina rules. Damage caused by misuse or neglect is the renter’s responsibility. Late returns may result in additional fees.7. Liability
Boating involves risk. By using our services, you agree that The Boat Shop is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by misuse, weather, natural events, or conditions outside our control.8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information when booking, storing, or servicing a boat. You agree to keep your contact and billing information current. You also agree to pick up your boat within the agreed timeframe once service is complete.9. Cancellations and Refunds
Policies vary by service.
Service: You can cancel a service appointment before the boat is brought in.
Rentals: Cancellations follow our rental policy. Weather does not guarantee refunds unless noted.
Storage: Deposits are non refundable.10. Privacy
We collect basic information such as name, phone number, email, and boat details to manage your account. Refund and Return Policy
The Boat Shop Marina operates as an in person marina and service facility. All purchases, services, slip rentals, storage agreements, and marina related transactions are completed on site or through direct agreement with the customer.
Due to the nature of marina services and products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on services rendered, dockage, storage, rentals, fuel, parts, or merchandise once the transaction has been completed.
If there is an issue with a charge or service, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review the situation and address any concerns.

Shipping Policy
The Boat Shop Marina does not offer shipping services.
All products, services, rentals, and purchases are completed in person at our marina location or provided directly to the customer on site. No items are shipped to customers.
