Help maintain, diagnose, and repair boats, engines, and marine systems in a busy full-service marina environment.

What you will do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain boats, engines, and marine systems.
Perform routine maintenance, winterization, and seasonal services.
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
Document all completed work on repair orders.
Communicate with the service manager about repair needs and timelines.
Maintain an organized work area and follow company safety procedures.

What we are looking for

Previous marine technician experience.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Experience with inboard, outboard, and sterndrive systems is preferred.
Experience with Yamaha, Volvo Penta, MerCruiser, Indmar, or similar brands is a plus.
A valid driver’s license.
A dependable, professional approach and the ability to work well with a team.
Marine certifications are preferred but not required.

Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator

Manage the front desk, support daily office operations, and help customers connect with our sales, service, rental, and marina departments.

What you will do

Greet customers and manage daily front desk activity.
Answer phones, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Assist customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
Handle data entry, filing, scheduling, paperwork, payments, and document tracking.
Support sales, service, rentals, storage, slips, and general marina administration.
Keep customer information and office records accurate, organized, and confidential.

What we are looking for

A friendly, professional, and dependable approach.
Strong organization, communication, and customer-service skills.
The ability to manage interruptions and multiple priorities in a busy office.
Comfort using computers, email, phone systems, and learning new software.
Previous office, receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred.
Marina experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule

This is a full-time, year-round position with weekend availability required. Hours may be reduced during the winter months.

Parts & Warranty Administrator

Support the service department by coordinating parts, preparing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and following work through to completion.

What you will do

Order, receive, organize, and track parts for service and warranty jobs.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on manufacturer warranty claims.
Gather repair orders, technician notes, photos, serial numbers, and supporting documentation.
Track claim status, requested corrections, approvals, credits, and payments.
Communicate with technicians, service managers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
Maintain accurate parts, warranty, and customer records in company systems.

What we are looking for

Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
The ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and multiple open claims.
Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, email, and dealership or service software.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Previous parts, warranty, dealership, service-administration, or claims experience is preferred.
Marine-industry experience is helpful but not required.
