Position Overview

The Boat Shop is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Receptionist & Merchandise Coordinator to support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

This role is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers, stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring the entire store remains clean and organized throughout the day. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, stays busy without needing daily direction, and helps create a positive experience for our customers.

This is not a desk-only position. This role includes customer service, merchandise handling, cleaning, and general store support.
