Service Appointment Request

At this time, online service appointment requests are available for existing customers only. This includes customers who have purchased a unit from The Boat Shop or have had service performed by us within the past two years.

Before You Schedule

Please note that this is a request for service and does not guarantee that the selected date is available.

In most cases, your appointment will be scheduled for the date you select. However, depending on shop capacity, technician availability, parts needs, or the type of service requested, we may need to adjust your appointment date.

If your requested date does not work for our schedule, a member of our team will contact you. If you do not hear from us regarding a change, your appointment has been approved for the date selected.

Important Appointment Information

An appointment reserves a place in our service schedule. It does not guarantee that all work will be completed on the same day.

Please provide as much information as possible when completing the form, including the reason for service, any symptoms or concerns, and photos if applicable. This helps our team prepare for your appointment and reduces delays.

Existing Customer Requirement

To request service online, the unit must have been purchased from The Boat Shop and/or serviced by The Boat Shop within the past two years.
