If you stored with us in the past two years, please ensure you have completed the storage agreement PRIOR to booking your appointment.

  • Boat Storage Options:

    • Outdoor boat storage is available but limited, and spots are allocated in the order requests are received.

    • Indoor boat storage is available but limited, and spots are allocated in the order requests are received.

      Important Dates:

    • Boats arriving by water must be dropped off by October 14, 2025, as docks will be removed afterward.

    • Trailer arrivals are permitted until the end of October.

    • Moorage closes on September 30, 2025. If you plan to vacate your slip before this date, please let us know.

    New Features for This Year:

    • Our new storage agreement will be digital, allowing you to easily compare options and pricing based on your specific unit.

    • Schedule your storage appointments directly on our website for a convenient boat drop-off experience.

    For PWC/Waverunner Storage Customers:

    • Complete the storage form and schedule your appointment online; no payment is required at the time of scheduling. The winterization fee will be included with your storage. Please refer to the form and website for more details on the PWC storage package.

  • For boat storage customers only: The only payment required is a deposit equal to two months of storage. Monthly charges will begin two months after drop-off, as the deposit covers the first two months. Over the winter, we will send invoices for winterization services and any additional work performed.

    ALL BOAT STORAGE IS MINIMUM OF 7 MONTHS - any time in storage past 7 months will be prorated.

    Separately charged winterization items:

    + Valet (optional add on): The Boat Shop picks up unit and brings it to us starting at $150

    + Bottom Wash (required for storage customers): 12/ft

    + Shrink wrap: Included for outdoor storage customers

    Outboard Winterization package

    • 2 Stroke Motor Basic Freeze Protection: Fuel system treated, engine manifold/ freshwater system drain, and gear oil checked for water contamination.

      Starting at $200.00 + parts and tax

    • 4 Stroke Motor Basic Freeze Protection: Fuel system treated, engine manifold/ freshwater system drain, and gear oil checked for water contamination.  

      Starting at $350.00 + parts and tax

    Stern Drive/inboard/IO Winterization package (for storage customers):

    • Freeze Protection Plus and Storage: for storage customers, oil and filter change, gear oil change, fuel separator replaced, and cooling system flushed with 100RV antifreeze.

      Starting at $500.00 + parts and tax

      *  Ballast systems additional 75.00

  • Freeze Protection Plus and Storage: for winter season storage, winterization, and full service. 

    • 1.0 - 1.1 L = Starts at $375 + parts and tax

    • 1.8 - 1.9 L - Start at $400 + parts and tax           

    One time storage cost (will be on winterization invoice) $495

    For PWC storage customers only: Invoices will be sent out over the winter, covering both PWC storage and winterization.
