How do I book a rental?
All rentals must be requested online through our booking system. Availability, pricing, rental options, and policies are listed directly on the HERE. An account is required to be made to complete reservation.

Do I need to be a certain age to rent?
Yes. The primary renter/operator must meet Pennsylvania boating requirements and provide valid identification.

Do I need a boating license?
You must have a valid boating license/certificate from any U.S. state to operate a boat or PWC. If you do not currently have one, you can easily obtain a Pennsylvania Boating Safety Certificate before your rental. Instructions will be provided after booking and include watching short safety videos and completing a brief test.

Can I bring pets on my rental?

Yes! Your pets are more than welcome on our rentals. If there is any mess after the rental is returned there will be an extra cleaning fee. 

Can I choose the exact boat for my rental?

Customers may select a boat category when booking; however, specific makes, models, colors, or individual boats cannot be guaranteed. Boats are assigned based on availability, scheduling, and operational needs. All boats within the same rental category are comparable in size and horsepower.

How many people can go on the boat?

Capacity varies by boat. Self driven pontoons max is 10 and runabout boats max of 6.

Important Capacity Information for Captained Rentals

Due to Pennsylvania regulations, all captained rentals have a maximum capacity of 6 passengers, regardless of the advertised capacity of the boat selected.

This limit includes all adults and children on board and applies to any rental with a captain add-on, including tubing packages.

Are captains available?

Yes. Captained rentals are available as an add on. Limit no matter of boat capacity for captioned boats is 6.

Do I need a boating license if I add a captain?

No. If you add a captain through our rental staff, a boating license is not required since one of our approved captains will be operating the boat.

Can I add a captain to my rental?

Yes. After selecting your boat, date, and time, you will have the option to add a captain package during checkout.

Do you offer multi day discounts?

Yes. Multi day rentals receive discounted daily pricing compared to single day rentals.

Can we tube behind the rental boats?

Tubing is only permitted on rentals captained by a member of our rental staff. After selecting your boat, date, and time, you will have the option to add either a captain or a captain and tubing package to your reservation during checkout.

Can we bring our own tube or equipment?

If you would like to bring your own tube, you may do so only on rentals that include a captain add-on through our rental staff. You are also welcome to use our tubing equipment if included in your package. Tubes and any type of towing activity are not permitted on self-driven rentals.

Weather & Policies

What happens if it rains?

Light rain does not automatically cancel rentals. Severe weather, lightning, or unsafe lake conditions may result in delays or rescheduling.

Do rentals include fuel?

Fuel is not included with boat rentals and will be charged after the boat is returned based on fuel usage. Fuel is included for all PWC/WaveRunner rentals.

Is a security deposit required?

All rentals require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance, which is due before departure.

On the day of the rental, an additional $500 security hold will be placed on the card on file for potential damages. This hold will be released once the unit has been returned and inspected by our staff.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes, but any operators may not consume alcohol before or during operation of rental equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by rental type and timing. Full details are available during booking and in your confirmation email.

No. Some rentals and add-ons require manual review. Our team will contact you to confirm final details if needed.

Jet Ski / PWC Rentals

Can I rent multiple jet skis at the same time?

Due to Pennsylvania rental regulations, hourly unguided rentals are limited to one PWC at a time.

How do group PWC rentals work?

If your group would like multiple PWCs at once, you must book a guided/captained group ride where a staff member accompanies the group.

How long are guided PWC rentals?

Guided multi-PWC rides are approximately 1.5 hours.

Can beginners ride jet skis?

Yes, but all operators must complete the required safety orientation before departure.

Want to enjoy a day on the water without having to drive? Our captained boat rentals are a great option for groups looking to relax while one of our experienced captains handles the boat.

Tubing is only permitted during captained rentals. For safety reasons, tubing and all other towing activities are not allowed behind our self-guided rental boats.

Due to Pennsylvania regulations, captained rentals are limited to a maximum of 6 passengers, regardless of the boat's rated capacity.

Captained rentals are available in half day and full day options, with or without tubing. Tubing equipment is included with tubing packages. Reservations are required and availability is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

Due to Pennsylvania regulations, we are only permitted to rent one self-guided WaveRunner at a time. Single WaveRunner rentals are available in 1 hour increments and allow you to enjoy the water independently.

If your group would like to rent more than one WaveRunner, Pennsylvania regulations require the rental to be conducted as a guided tour. Our Guided Group WaveRunner Experience includes two rental WaveRunners accompanied by a member of our staff on a separate unit. These guided rides are 1.5 hours in length and provide a fun, safe way for groups to enjoy the lake together.

WaveRunner make, model, and year are assigned upon arrival and cannot be selected during booking. Most units accommodate up to two riders. If you have questions about rider capacity or group size, please contact us before making your reservation.
