I bought my 2001 Chaparral 196SSI from The Boat Shop and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure the boat was fully reliable before I purchased it. Collin, the head mechanic, really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. When I came to see the boat, the sales team had him meet me at the dock so he could answer any questions. No pressure at all. This marina truly cares about customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I buy another boat, this will be my first stop. Thanks to everyone at The Boat Shop.

Had a great time renting a boat for the afternoon. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. They had us in and out quickly, and when we accidentally left a pair of sunglasses on board, someone ran them up to the parking lot before we drove off. Above and beyond service for sure.

I always wanted to ride a jetski and finally did it during a weekend at Lake Wallenpaupack. The staff here made the whole experience easy and stress free. I learned I needed a safety course, but they quickly helped me get a temporary license after watching a short video. They fitted my life vest, walked me through the controls, and made sure I felt confident before heading out. The lake was calm, the service was amazing, and my wife even joined me partway through. Such a fun day. This is the place to go.

The boat shop is a great place, we rented a pontoon we enjoyed it very much, their service was very friendly and very helpful, nice people, the boat was like brand new, definitely be back

We bought two wave runners from them over the years and the vessels are great as well as their awesome customer service! If wave runners are something that you are looking to add to your lake toy collection then stop in early to get them ordered! I’ll try and control my enthusiasm ... nope, can’t ! The Boat Shop ... Best Equipment, Great rates, and most importantly, the Nicest, Professional, Friendly, Helpful and informed Staff my Family has ever encountered. My family of 22 has rented at Lake Wally every year since 2014. Each year we rent a pontoon boat for the week and , because we’re loyal , we’ve used the same rental company , not the Boat Shop , for the past six Years. This other Company was my first call this year. I was surprised to learn that they had moved their location, not a big deal, but their daily rate rose 25 % !!! I explained that I was a returning Customer which Was met with an insincere “ those are our prices “ . Next. So I called around, eventually made my way to a conversation with Carol at the Boat Shop. She initially advised me that due to Covid they had not yet made a decision about renting any boats at all . After quoting me some Very attractive rates with a free day after 4 days she asked me to call back in a few weeks. Fast forward, I call back , book the rental, show up on the agreed upon Monday , qualify with my son-in-law for the Safety certification ( never had to do that before?!) , and finally presented with the nicest, cleanest, pontoon boat we've ever encountered ! Another excellent Staff member familiarized us with the freshly sanitized boat and off we go ! Great boat, great week! We’ll be back next year !
