Schedule Your Spring Service with Ease!
Our online scheduling portal makes it easy to book storage removal and or de winterization.
All appointments must be scheduled through this portal, even if you've previously noted a preferred date on storage/moorage paperwork.
Storage/Non Storage Customers: A 3-week notice is required.
Multiple Units? No need to schedule separate appointments. After you click the “Book” button, you will see add ons at the top that you can check off.
If one unit is in storage and another is not, note that in the intake form comments.
Appointment Timing: All times are set for 3 PM as a placeholder. This doesn’t indicate the time your unit will be ready. We will contact you as soon as it is done.
Valet Service: Are available as an add-on (after selecting appt date). However, the selected time may need adjustment based on logistics. If needed, we will contact you to reschedule.
After selecting your date and 3PM time slot, you will complete an intake form with appointment details, additional service requests, and space for questions.
To keep things running smoothly, please refrain from calling for status updates. Our techs are working hard to complete units as quickly as possible.
If you have not heard from us by 3 PM on your appointment date, feel free to reach out.
Online scheduling is ONLY for customers whose unit(s) has been serviced at The Boat Shop within the last 2 years or who have purchased a unit from us in the past year. If neither of these conditions applies, please click the "New Customer" form to request service, and we will get back to you with availability.

Q: How do I schedule my unit for de-winterization or storage removal?
A: All appointments must be scheduled through our online portal. Even if you've previously mentioned a preferred date, you still need to book an official appointment on this page. Q: I have multiple units. Do I need to schedule separate appointments?
A: No, you can add additional units when selecting your appointment date. There is no need to schedule separate appointments.Q: What if one of my units is in storage and another is not?

Summarization – A fee applies for de-winterization and preparing your unit for spring. This labor charge is based on your unit and covers removal from storage, battery and system testing, and a lake test before returning your boat. Prices are for labor only; taxes and supplies are additional and will be itemized on your spring invoice.
Malibu / Axis - $300
Outboard - $200.00
Stern drive / Malibu response - $250
PWC - $100
Valet - $150 minimum (depends on distance)
